The hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous folding filter adopts a hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) (abbreviated as PVDF) microporous filter membrane. It has good mechanical properties, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, second only to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), especially excellent resistance to acidic liquids, and can work for a long time in an environment of 90 ℃. Especially suitable for sterilization and filtration of culture media, biological agents, and vaccines in biopharmaceuticals.

▪ Maximum operating temperature:
Ordinary polypropylene (PP) skeleton/center column/interface,≤ 65 ℃;
Ordinary polypropylene (PP) skeleton and central column, interface lined with stainless steel, at 85 ℃;
Reinforced high molecular weight polypropylene (PP) skeleton and central column, interface lined with stainless steel,≤ 95 ℃;
▪ Maximum working pressure difference: positive pressure difference 4bar@23 ℃/reverse pressure difference 2bar@23 ℃；
▪ Steam sterilization: 121 ℃ @ 30 minutes;
▪ Integrity testing: 100% rinse with deionized water and complete integrity testing 100%.
