Product Description

The PTFE sewage treatment filtration flat plate microporous filter membrane adopts a high-temperature hot bonding process to composite the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE microporous filter membrane with PET polyester to form a filtering material. The enhanced material lamination has excellent flatness, high mechanical strength, and good corrosion resistance. The PTFE microporous filter membranes produced by our company have more uniform pore formation, higher porosity, and larger water production flux. In addition, PTFE itself has an extremely low surface friction coefficient, making it more resistant to pollution when used as MBR membrane components; PTFE film is made using the most advanced biaxial stretching process, which is more environmentally friendly during production and therefore has more market application value.
