The resulting filter boasts a honeycomb-like structure that is loosely arranged on the outside and densely packed on the inside, enabling it to effectively remove suspended solids, fine particles, rust, and other contaminants from fluids. This filter exhibits exceptionally excellent filtration performance and adsorption capacity. As a deep-bed filtration product, its unique manufacturing process creates filter pores that are small on the inside and larger on the outside. This allows impurity particles to be filtered out in layers, giving it a high sludge-loading capacity and strong dirt-holding ability. It can efficiently remove suspended solids, fine particles, metal oxides, and other contaminants from liquids, while also withstanding relatively high filtration pressures up to 0.5 MPa. It offers large flow rates, low pressure drops, and high filtration efficiency. Its most remarkable features include: reverse-flushing regeneration capability, long service life, compact size, and easy replacement.
